1) Physical exfoliation

It's one method most people know.

It includes physical exfoliants such as scrubs or abrasive ingredients that require manual rubbing across your skin to get rid of dead skin cells.

To exfoliate your skin correctly, you need to know about the grainy particles in the exfoliant.

It’s a myth that having king-sized grains can only cause damage to your skin.

Some grains are smaller than others, which means they work efficiently.

This leads me to the second step in my regimen: always choose a gentle, not too abrasive exfoliant with really fine and uniform grains that can gently work away the dead skin.

The Ideal Skin Type For Physical Exfoliation:

Exfoliating your face with a physical scrubs that will irritate and potentially damage your skin is not something you want to do.

This method is a little bit like a bulldozer that rips away the dead skin cells and may hurt the new healthy skin

It works for all skin types!

Although it’s easy to over exfoliate, and therefore not recommended for people.

If you use any product, it’s always recommended to do a patch test.

This is good to know. If you have any pimples or acne, do not physically exfoliate as it may further aggravate.

2) Chemical Exfoliation

Chemical exfoliation is a huge boon for anyone who wants dramatic results. That too from the very first use.

Chemical exfoliation, such as using face acids, is a form of chemical peels, which fall under the category of chemical peels.

Though people may think that exfoliating skin chemically might be intimidating, in reality, using chemicals to dissolve skin cells helps to reveal the glowing and beautiful skin beneath. It also removes all the dead skin cells without any redness or irritation.

After use, they’re non-irritating and non-sensitizing. They leave skin smooth and glowing. They even improve skin tone and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
